CHERRY HILLS RENOVATION

Given a verdant five-acre site in center Denver, this much-remodeled "French Eclectic" residence was crying for a new outlook on life. Our solution was to develop a more elegant home through layering character-building elements onto the existing structure. A two-story addition comprised of a master bedroom set above a garden room was added to the plan. Capitalizing on the magnificent site was done through strengthening connections to the outdoors and developing separate outdoor zones for different activities. Additionally, we worked to restore and enhance the original architecture through correct detailing and repetition of architectural elements.
