CLAREMONT PARKWAY HOUSE

At the center of one of the most beautiful older neighborhoods in Denver, Claremont Parkway is framed by 80-year-old elms and a mix of vintage homes. The intent of this design was to add a home to the fabric of the street that felt like it was built at the same time as its neighbors. A highly detailed, cast stone loggia and custom Mahogany French doors provide a sense of quality and refinement that make it a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
