Greenwood Village residence

Tucked away on a leafy two acre site this home was designed as a European country estate.  The full stone entry elevation is composed as a simple symmetrical form.  Archways detailed with brick soldier courses are set in 18” thick walls to lend a sense of permanence and authenticity.  The interiors are richly detailed in wide moldings, beam-work ceilings and walnut floors.  An angled wing off the main body of the house provides an open-plan living space with great room, kitchen, and informal dining.  These spaces flow to a covered porch overlooking the private pool and lawn.
