Italianate Villa

This carefully detailed estate is based on a splayed U shaped plan that conforms to a descending ridgeline.  Loggias framed by carved limestone arcades are utilized on both the entry elevation and on the view side of the residence.  Thick Kansas Sandstone provides a rusticated base for the elegant limestone arches and hand troweled stucco.  The interior displays classic Italian detailing with extensive plaster work, elaborate wrought iron stairs and inlaid marble flooring.
