Sunshine Canyon House

Set at an elevation of 7,500', the clients' design goal was to create a home that evoked the feel of northern New Mexico. The architecture of curved forms, thick walls, and heavy timber structure provides a unique sense of warmth and appropriateness to this foothills home. Overlooking a grassy meadow, 80% of the home's windows face south to provide for passive solar heating.
