The Witez Court residence evokes the feel of a classic east coast residence through the use of simple white columns, grey shingle siding and a rubble stone base.  On this open west-facing lot, wrap around porches were designed to soften the impact of the afternoon sun.  An outdoor room equipped with a fireplace was designed directly off the main floor great room.  A three part plan was developed to provide a sheltered south facing court yard between the four car garage and the main body of the house.  The central kitchen pin-wheels to provide both eastern access to the courtyard garden and westerly views through the great room to the front range of the Rockies.
